Hey, remember me?

Remember me?

This is me in my Kooringal surfer's hat, somewhere in Canada.

I thought that maybe I'd drop in and say hello and give an update on how things are in my part of the world.

The most important update is that we have a grandson!! Nope, no photos, but trust me, he is the most adorable baby ever!!

Another change in my life is that I am once again querying literary agents. My previous agent released a number of fiction clients in June of 2025, and I was one of them.

Yes, it was hard. Really really hard. But I'm not the type of person to give up on my dream of traditional publication, so I took a break for a few months, then dove back in to querying last August.

In between sending queries, I tried things like quilting...and I may have gotten carried away. Behold the queen size Christmas rag quilt. It weighs about 15 pounds.

Bear is 114 pounds.

I couldn't get Bear the Lab to move, so say hi.

Another exciting update? My husband had a conference in New Zealand and I went along!!

And then, my lifelong dream came true!! We went to Australia!!!

I hope to go back someday, but that's a while off yet.

Hopefully, by the time I do, I'll have a new agent, a book deal, and more importantly, I'll try to post more than once every two years!!
